Opioids A "potentiation" tip for those who snort dilaudid

yea i agree with you man on the fact that rectally is better than iv. i mean i can shoot one and it will be great. but the high will be gone in a half hour and my tolerance has just skyrocketed. or i can plug one and the high will last at least twice as long and my tolerance doesn't go up as high. in the long run its more efficient to plug dilaudid but more intense to shoot it. but with higher highs comes lower lows...
