Effects of Adderall combined with Adrafinil/Modafinil?

I have chronic fatigue and take 30-40mg of adderall a day. It causes UTI's and I would like to not have to deal with that. I'm interested in learning more about these drugs because adderall really hasn't done anything for me, I stopped taking it for 6 month because I was still fatigued, but then I crashed really hard and the doctor put me back on it.

does anyone have experience in combing DAT ligands (focalin specifically) with amphetamine (adderal)? I'm prescribed both, and am curious as to how long I'd have to wait after taking focalin ir to avoid the cancelling effects...
