Approximately how fattening/bad is beer (in limited amounts, say a six pack a night twice a week)? Is the beer belly a quick forming phenomenon or nah?8)

I was about to post a long post about my fitness plans and diet blah blah but I read the stickies and found some good sites to look at. That cut down my thread considerably haha..

I couldn't find another thread to address this, maybe it exists..

Carbs are only a problem if you do not burn it off by exercise.

Basically the day before, of and after you drink a bit just do some simple 15 - 30 minute exercising and don't consume any simple cards like breads, grains and pastas.

10 push ups, 30 sit ups, easy yoga postures, and go on a nice walk.

I also find using gallon jugs of water helps too.

take two gallon jugs in each hand near your feet
then slowly bring the jugs to your armpits

then slowly bring your body standing upright

keeping your core and butt tight while doing all of this
then bring your arms with jugs in hand (lol) over your head.

Its mundane but easy. Slow, methodical and precise.

In the mornings do 10 jumping jacks to get your heart rate up.

It is all about balance, think "you are what you eat" and nourish yourself with goodness!

Low carb beers dont mean shit because alot of beers could be considered low carb. The bad part of beer is the alcohol itself.
