Ever wondered where you would be if you had never come across bluelight?

Title basically speaks for itself..

How do you think your life would be different?

What would you do to procrastinate?

Where would you randomly share your sad and happy times?

Where else could you have the freedom to discuss taboo topics in a safe environment?

Learned from or met people you would never have had the chance to in every day/non bluelight world?

And other abstract replies :)

I would have more brain cells and less friends.

That pretty much sums BL up for me.

ditto..

I wouldn't have gone out nearly as much as i did in my younger grooving days. I wouldn't have travelled interstate to go to house parties. I would have less random stories (i'd have even more if I didn't lose so many brain cells in the process)... BL has contributed to the friends and experiences I have today.

I didn't discover bluelight. It discovered me. I wish it hadn't, as I have so many different armies of bluelighters waging war in my head and just like the Middle East, I am running out of oil and have a bad reputation for fites.

If I had not have been discovered, I still would be living pretty much the same as I was involved in a particular scene for many years beforehand, but I spoke to people face to face, and didn't type on this silly computer. So only difference would be my fingers not cramping and I would not have had so much sex. But would have had more drugs.

Happily married and an CEO of a fortune 500 company.

But you would still be living with your Mum.

I would no doubt not have my lawyers phone number on quick dial and would have 70 000 more frequent flyer points.......

That question is like asking "where would I be if i hadn't come across drugs"

And i'll think of the answer when i'm a repentant born-again catholic on my deathbed.

My phone would be devoid of many of the phone numbers it currently stores, I would have paid for a lot more drugs, I would still have troubles finding people who like the same music as me to come to gigs and DJ sets - and I would not have experienced true perfect happiness. :)<3

^ You would have paid for a lot more drugs? Where are the coupons?

I wouldnt have known that the thing on the back of COTB is not anchored at the front.

I'd have probably been moderator on a beastiality forum... opps i mean..

But in all seriousness, I think bluelight has helped provide good information on drug related topics and has informed my decisions greatly.

I'd be trolling another drug related forum trying to pick up cracked out net skanks

Right now? Asleep.

No. Seriously? Masturbating to some internet porn. Damn you, bluelight. It's made me lose sight of my priorities.

^^^Thats what tabs are for.

I wouldn't know anywhere near as much about drugs, and the drug scene (especially in Australia). Bluelight was the catalyst for my drug odyssey. The past five years have pretty much been me learning about, trying and discussing new and old drugs. Bluelight is why I'm studying pharmaceutical chemistry.

Bluelight FTW¡!¡!

I probably wouldnt have met one of my best friends Kel if it hadn't been for bluelight. Not to mention, missed out on some awesome parties, some good laughs and definately some good times.
Ive met my share of dickheads through this site, but i will say that i have met some interesting and great people too who im still in touch with today.

well i'd probably still be surfing errowid, nothing toxic watching fight vids and poor folk meeting the most gruesome of deaths, reading fundimentalist extremest religious propoganda on satans rapture, playing flash games, googleing pictures of dead animals, rampaging torrenting, fucking with people on paltalk, watching lots more porn, and heaven forbid  a myspace profile or tracking old friends thru facebook:eek: , visiting weens website on a daily basis, photoshopping endless amounts of shit, or ending up on one of the more pointless forums:|

I'd probably have read a few more books. I don't know if my life would be drastically different.

However I do really enjoy hanging out with the few bluelighters I see every once in a while. All fucking cool people whom I'd enjoy seeing more often if it wasn't for my geographical isolation.

One word. Bored.
I so agree! I used to sit at my computer bored because I thought I had come to the end of the internet. I would play really bad online games like virtual pool.

I have learnt heaps through lurking here, and became friends with a heap of top people :)
