Yeah definitely would of snitched, she looks like a bit of a scum bag as well... I guess looking like that wouldn't of gotten you a very good job either, I suppose she wouldn't have any good skills either except for know how to hit the vain lol.

I think once she's locked up she is in for some real trouble as the people she narced would of gotten word and I bet they know people inside so they are going to make her life on the inside horrible for her and might even kill her :\. Either that or they will when she gets out of course.

If you play the dealing game you need to play by the rules and narcing is breaking those rules which will incur severe punishment(s)!

Yeah as a meth dealer 120k over 3 years isn't much really.

Mine old one used to bring in between 1-15k a week. But then again he was supplying a whole town.

WHOA I bet his gear was quality stuff.

Is he still operating or did he get done? Considering how much stuff he would of been moving to make that I don't think he would of gone unnoticed for too long of a period. I hope he buried a lot of the $$$ he was making to retrieve at a later date hahaha.

Police nab 4000 ecstasy tablets in northern suburbs search

MICHAEL MILNES, BEN HARVY

May 11, 2009 01:30am

A SEARCH of a car in the northern suburbs has netted police 4000 ecstasy tablets - with a street value of more than $100,000.

Police Detective Sergeant Mark Atkinson from Elizabeth CIB said that the bust was anything but routine.

"The find was lucky and the officers were in disbelief, but it was through good work of the police," Det-Sgt Atkinson said.

"We currently have a very strong focus on road and traffic safety and that is how the find was made."

Detectives found 1.2kg of the drug when they pulled over the car at Brahma Lodge about 11pm.

A northern suburbs man, 21, has been charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a controlled drug.

Det-Sgt Atkinson said police found the drugs in the boot.

"The drugs were visible when the boot of the car was opened and were inside a shopping bag," he said.

The man has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today.

$8million drug trafficking charges $1m in cash seized

[EDIT: Threads merged. hoptis]

182222a.jpg500_t350.jpg
A Sunshine Coast grandfather faced court yesterday for trafficking up to $8 million in drugs over the past decade.

The court also heard of witness abduction, liaisons with outlaw motorcycle gangs and millions of dollars of tainted cash during the hearing.

It was the second time William Fredericis Barker, 45, had faced Maroochydore Magistrates Court since police swooped on his property on April 22 after a six-month south-east Queensland drug investigation.

He was initially charged with dealing with money or other property over $100,000 that is proceeds of crime and possessing a substance, equipment or documents for manufacturing a controlled drug with intention to sell.

Yesterday, after meeting police at the Maroochydore station, he was charged with trafficking drugs between January 1, 2000, and April 23, 2009.

His defacto wife Teena Louise Cotter, 37, was also charged for drug trafficking.

They were both released on bail.

Police prosecutor Stephen Winstanley said police had found a million dollars at the property during their search.

He said although his passport had been surrendered, Mr Barker was a flight risk and had the potential to interfere with witnesses.

"It's a classic example of someone who would be capable of causing harm to witnesses for his own gain to stifle the investigation," he said.

"Mr Barker certainly has the ways and the means of interfering with witnesses."

Barrister Steve Courtney said his client denied any involvement in witness interference on May 7 which was inferred in the police bail objection.

He said the suggestion was very cryptic and his client would have been under surveillance in that time.

Mr Courtney said while Mr Barker had a gun, it appeared to have packed for long-term storage.

He said his client also denied he was associating with members of the Rebels motorcycle gang at Sunshine Plaza on Saturday.

"He was at the plaza but he was helping his stepchildren buy mother's day gifts," he said.

Mr Courtney also said if his client had wanted to leave the country, he would have gone by now.

Magistrate Bernadette Callaghan said Mr Barker's criminal history did not indicate a propensity for violence and his last conviction was in 1993, though it was also drug related.

She said she was not convinced he was a flight risk and was not persuaded by reference to witness interference in the objection.

"These offences you are facing are very serious, and the evidence seems to be substantial against you," she said.

"However this court doesn't sit in judgment of you. Every person is innocent until proven guilty.

"There's information about some associate being abducted at gunpoint but no-one has been charged.

"Although it does read bad, it's hard to get a handle on what has actually (happened). It's too uncertain."

Mr Barker must live at his Mooloolah property, not approach within 500m of an international departure point and report to police three times a week.

May 14, 2009 06:51pm

POLICE have arrested 18 people in a drugs crackdown at a notorious Sydney housing estate, with most later being charged with heroin offences.

Officers from Strike Force Salkeld, set up in January to investigate drug dealing at the Block in Redfern, have for months being making undercover drug purchases in the area.

Police raided two neighbouring homes on Louis St in the Block at 9am (AEST) on Thursday, arresting 18 people.

The eight females and 10 males, aged between 17 and 45, have since been charged with 26 supply offences, primarily relating to the sale of heroin.

The majority were refused bail to appear in Sydney Central Local Court on Thursday and Friday.

Police say the arrests are part of long-running efforts to tackle drug-related crime on the Block.

"In recent years, we have made significant progress towards ridding this neighbourhood of drugs and the suppliers remain on notice: We won't let up now,'' said Redfern Crime Manager Brad Monk.

^^^^ hahaha, does this mean they'll be hitting the streets of richmond to do the very same thing down in Melb???

god i hope so. i was down there Tuesday arvo to eat and being the cheapskate I am, parked a few streets away from the main restaurant strip where the 1hr free residential parking is - and counted 3 fits and 2 empty packs, a spoon, about half a dozen alcohol wipes littered around, all within a 150m radius. not to mention, there were so many people visibly smacked off their guts meandering the streets/shopping centres, that they'd have done better to stick toothpicks under their eyelids to see where they were going :p

I've seriously never seen it that bad before. Cops would do well to enforce some L&E at that rate :\

May 15, 2009

THOUSANDS of dollars worth of cannabis, heroin, amphetamines and ice has been seized during a police operation targeting the drug trade in Melbourne's inner west.

Operation Geneva was conducted over several months in Maribyrnong and has resulted in 26 people being charged with trafficking heroin and more than 40 people charged with other drug-related offences.

Detective Senior Constable Brendan O'Mahoney said the operation targeted not only trafficking on the streets, but also extended to the suppliers.

"The aim of the operation was to disrupt the drug supply network in the inner western suburbs," he said.

"We have seen in the past that restricting the flow of drugs to the local community can affect the overall crime rate."

Operation Geneva is set to continue in various forms for the rest of the year.

The 34-year-old Brookdale man has been charged with attempting to manufacture methylamphetamine after police uncovered the lab at 2am on Friday.

Armadale police came across the man who had bogged his car on a vacant block when they noticed items in the car that were consistent with the manufacture of amphetamines.
