I spent 2 years working in a psychology lab where one of my projects involved research into AD(H)D. The evidence is far more ambiguous than you suggest.

And yeah, I did fake the "disorder" so I could get the prescription. Im sure Ive got it to a certain extent... I cant focus, even now.

Im trying to avoid using stims other than caffeine to help me though.

i'm going to have to diagnose you as ADHD ( i'm just agreeing with what another MD already said, anyway...)
so you're obviously adhd, and i am glad youve choose not to use drugs to succeed in life
sadily, for sum, we (ie those of us with adhd) need Amphs to succeed in life
