Were you lucky enough to score tickets?!

I don't expect Melbourne tickets to sell out as quickly but I'll try and remember to grab them tomorrow morning anyway. Go summer!

holy shit. bjork is coming. i've waited over ten years for this..... and i might not even be in the country to see her ..... FUCKK!

Scored tickets last night on the BDO website for Gold Coast woohoo! The lineup looks decent but I'd want there to be a pretty good 2nd round lineup..

yeah

i guess the rumours for the 1st one still have to kinda stick

im going with smashing pumpkins and underworld... who will close the boiler room, which means i will have to miss out on seeing RATM

Foo Fighters
Queens of the stone age (BDO specialists)
Interpol - I FUCKIN WISH
common - the hip hop act for 2008

thats all i can think of for now

I really wish I was going, but rainbow is the winner this year.

i am really upset about this. seriously, it's been about 15 years since bjork was here last.

fuckinfcukinufkcm,fufkckufckcfufkufckucf

^ Are you serious? I didn't even know she was still alive. The only way I'm watching her is if I manage to sneak a few rotten tomato's in.

RATM all the way! And yeah, the Foo better turn up.

Either way, it's always a great day!

serious as hell. RATM would be sweet, but bjork has topped off my "singer/band i want to see live" list for pretty much a decade straight.

I am 99% sure Queens of the Stone Age will be announced in the 2nd round. Some dude on the inthemix forums posted the entire first round announcement PLUS QOTSA a few days before the 1st annoucement was made. Methinks someone was in the know ;)

I'm going just to see RATM, can't wait. They were the bomb when I was in high school :D

I seen Interpol =D They are good but not BDO material...

The line up isn't enough to get me there yet...hopefully a 2nd round line up will be better/. If underworld and smashing pumpkins are coming im SOLD!

got my Gold Coast ticket. so happy :):)

Foo Fighters will be a good bet as they are finishing their UK tour in Novembe.

heres hoping :p

Read an article the other day in the newspaper about the foo fighters. And to quote "We are looking forward to touring Australia in December"

If they were touring in december, i dare say the shows would of been announced, the tickets would of been sold out. and i would of not seen them!

but, stranger things have happened

maybe they will support Daft Punk?

missed out on my ticks for gold coast. had to settle with the black crusade tour. machine fucking head!!!

I'm just quoting what i read. Said they were touring in December with dates yet to be announced. Would be interesting if they supported Daft Punk. But as you said, stranger things have happened.
