Ask anyone and they will tell you that's not how to tale salvia. Warning: salvia is intensely bizzare, and provides the sensation of having horible things being done to you for no reason, singing elves making fun of you, and generally feeling like your body is filled with cold, wet, wires. You may put your head down, and no longer feel like you are able to remove yourself from the table. You will probably remember you are on salvia, however, and simply be irritated that this is such an awful, and uninteresting trip.

i'll agree while salvia can be bizarre, i've never had a bad trip like you describe. at least with smoking the experience is very short, im not sure on other roa. one thing its not compulsive at all, i dont think ive ever finished a bag. they usual last months before someone decides to toss it
