    I was givin a few pills today via a friend ..... some of them have "West-Ward 292" printed on the and the others have like capital R's with a line coming out of the back of the R ... that is really the only way I know to decribwe it and the #s 439 printed on the other side ..... the "west-ward" pills are oblong/oval and the ones with the R's are circle ... ANY IDEA?

    Methocarbamol 750mg, it's is a muscle relaxant.

    your other pill is a 50 mg trazodone(no real recreational value...its a combination of antidepressant/sleep med)
