Cocoa butter is great for chapped skin too. It's a really great moisteurizer, but since it lacks antioxidants, it's not very good for free radicals. You can get cocoa butter prepared with Vitamin E, which is what I buy all the time. It will work very well if you are not looking for a lotion type product.
Always wait until the puncture wound is healed before administering it though, or you're risking infection.
