after hearing about this i was wondering whether this substance has been scheduled as of yet?

Also, (my mind escapes me at the moment) can anyone direct me to the aus gov website which would indicate whether one requires a permit for this substances?

The plants become illegal from Jan 1, 2005. Dried leaf material is already illegal.
