Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this but if anyone has any helpful info I would greatly appreciate it.

Promethazine, Diphenhydramine, Hydroxizine. In low doses ~30min before taking your opioid.
 
Ginger tea, works wonders and its not dangerous as the antihistamines
 
Zofran is the gold standard imo, just don't use it with any drugs that can cause qt prolongation (ie methadone or loperamide). I believe it's rx only but it shouldn't be hard to get. I get a script whenever I say I'm nauseous. Diphenhydramine is good too as is anything containing ginger.
