No benzo you mentioned is really good for inducing sleep, I guess alprazolam is your best bet, but everyone reacts different.

Doctors may prescribe medication that may induce your sleep. It does not necessarily need to be a benzodiazepine. For example, Seroquel is known to produce good results if you want to sleep for 8-12 hours. It's not addictive and it's not a benzo.It's strong and it's not euphoric either but the side effects may be excessive drowsiness, depending on the dose.
