Opioids injecting opana 40 mg - 2 kinds which method is best?

I have 2 kinds of 40mg opana - 1 is the orange g74 pill the other is the new yellow one with 230 on one side. How is best to prepare them?
 
Just eat them. It is possible to snort them if you absolutely must, but it won't last as long. Unless you are asking about IV?
