Mental Health A Rush of Blood to the head?

How does a rush of blood to the head affect a person?

ya. have you ever seen those things that de-compact your spine from gravity?

thats why i put this in mental health, i was thinking maybe philosophy.

But it occurs to me humans at this point in evolution constantly have gravity pulling blood down. There's so many diseases about bad circulation, and even autism has been speculated to have to do with similar things.

Sometimes when i feel out of it i hang upside down on my couch, then flip back and i feel oxygenated.

This pops up so many places in pop culture. Wondering if anyone does random shit like this...

I get lightheaded a lot because of my blood pressure, and to resolve this I put my head between my legs.

Is it like that?

I mean sometimes I'll just be sitting at work too and get a random head rush- not sure why.
