Opioids taking tramadol after dexamphetamine.

how long should i wait to take tramadol after taking stimulants to avoid lowering of the seizure threshold? specifically, i took 15mg dexamphetamine 31 hours ago and plan on taking 200mg tramadol. i have also taken 15mg diazepam spread across the past 24 hours.
 
I would wait and sleep another night before taking the Tramadol. Expecially in combination with stimulants Tramadol is known for causing seizures.
Despite the Benzointake I would take the safe route and wait another day although it could be ok in 12 hours, idk.
But better be safe tan sorry, especially with Tramadol....
