Misc Melatonin.

I've been taking 1.5 mgs of melatonin since 2007. I used to take it once a month, then once every two months, then once every two week,s and now, once a week. Is my body going to stop producing melatonin on its own?

I was able to sleep without it Tuesday night, but I had to take it again last night. I took it most of last week, and three nights this week.
