Misc Acetylation + OTC drugs = new metabolite?

ive always wondered and search on this, does anyone know any otcs that can be acetylated and made into some kind of other metabolite?

Valerian (valine) + acetylation
5 htp + acetylation
benzedrex(propylhexedrine) + acetylation
levomethamphetamine (vicks) + acetylation
immodium + acetylation
maybe even melatonin lmao!
has anyone ever tried/acheived/ or am i the only one thinking about all this lol

and theanine, otc stims, downers etc

not even just acetylation, decarboxylation, methylation. shit all the lations they have lol, im sure we can make something thats otc worthwhile

Lol, that's not how it works.

If you're interested in chemistry and pharmacology the best thing to do is read and read some more. It's good you're enthusiastic but tacking random functional groups on with no rhyme or reason isn't how you do drug design. Try taking some classes on this or even just read more online, it's a fascinating subject.
