I've been sober for 176 days.... wow

and today I got a prescription for Soma 350mg, and I took one.... then another... then another.... until almost the whole bottle was gone.
Is this a relapse?

On another note, now that I'm kinda fucked up I have been craving heroin.
I even stole some rigs from the doctors office.
It's like they say "you relapse before you actually relapse"u

What do you think?

Obviously it's a relapse. Check ur motives u obv did it to get fucked up. Don't worry I did the same things tonight with SOMA.. what a good muscle relaxer.

Throw out those syringes man, if you keep them around you are going to use them. Don't set yourself up to fail, the soma's were a little detour, but you don't have to start over!
