tips for delaying the use of subutex.

hello.
i feel the need to apologize first, i always do. so im sorry and i apologize for my poor english, posting in the wrong place and for being ignorant.
ok, now i can start

i use subutex for about two years now, i take about 4 m"g daily, snorted twice a day (sometimes 3 times).
i buy it on the street and don't have prescription, so sometimes i go for a day or two without, and its ok,
no withdrawal, just a little worried, that's all. i want to ask you guys for tips how not to use when i have
the sub's in my possession, you know just (not only just) to prove to myself that i can.. the only way i can think of
is the time factor - i say to myself - wait, don't take it now, wait another hour or 30 mins. and repeat until i use.
its a little problematic cause its not very pleasant to sit and look at the clock, feeling like an idiot and then using after
1 or 2 hours, thinking that im a masochistic fool. would be grateful for advice and tips on how to "not use".
