Stimulants Tripping. Help.

I dosed 110 xr adderall several hours ago.
I usually have anxiety so dosed half of my normal 50 mg hydrocodone with it.
I'm tripping, but I normally experience anxiety...

I'm having a little trouble reading, but none typing.
I know I have high blood pressure... Just not sure how high.
Dont have any way to monitor it.
Hardly any pain, only the normal jolts and whatnot in stomach..
I did have slight pain in my back earlier...
I'm experiencing numbness in left arm, sweating of underarms and palms...
Rapid heart rate..
I took 1 aspirin.
Also, everything is really bright.
I feel a few palpitations.
I can't get a hold of any anxiety meds...

Try to relax.
Most of your symptoms could be caused by anxiety.
The more you dwell upon anxiety, the more it takes a hold on you.
If the light is too much, go someplace darker or turn off/dim/block the light.

Find something to keep your mind amused.
It will help distract you from any physical sensations that are freaking you out.

Stay hydrated. Put some music on and draw, write - or call or visit a friend.
When you say "tripping", do you mean "really high" or that you are experiencing perceptual distortions and so on?

If the latter is true....might be best to ease off on the high doses in future.

But seriously - try to stop overthinking it and relax as best you can. You're wired as fuck - try to do something constructive with it.
