Opioids How long before getting hooked on codeine

So I had a bunch of codeine pills, and I am sort of allergic/sensitive to opioids so I gave my friend all the pills about 64 of them. Now she takes them everyday, and I'm worried. How long til someone gets hooked on it.

If your friend is using them recreationally, those 64 pills won't last long. Might feel some discomfort coming off but every person is different. If she has an addictive personality, I would hesitate before giving her any more.

300mg for 28 days made me a little uncomfortable when stopping.
