Breakfast menu for addicts/ex-addicts

hey and good morning everyone,
just wondered how everyone starts their day?
I have a xanax bar,suboxone,coffee and cigarettes.
most times I have a joint too.
this gives me a calm start and works for me right now.

what do you take/eat/smoke for breakfast?
am I the only one who doesn't just have a croissant?
