Misc ferrous sulfate (iron)-supplemental effects on body after iv drug use

Y'all think ferrous sulfate (iron) pills have beneficial effects on blood stream after iv drug use...how about if a missed shot occurs(abscess)??
 
They won't do much unless you're anemic or have problems absorbing iron.
