Benzos Question about Valium dependency and addiction.

Hi all, Im currently prescribed Valium for anxiety and insomnia, although I had a bad run with it a year ago and got really addicted and abused them and managed to Wien myself of it and stay clear for a while, but I still have troubles sleeping at night so I've found myself using it again on the odd night but won't let Myself use it every night but for example every 2-4 nights I take 10mg-20mg to knock myself out for a good nights sleep. But I'm wondering with the half life of diazepam and having to take it every 2-4 nights which seems like my Constant cycle at the moment which i cant break is that counted as dependent or my body being addicted to it or am I in the safe and shouldn't worry about such a small dose for the reason behind it.

You could easily become dependent on that dosing schedule. Try to space it out even more if possible.
