Opioids When to stop watering the poppies, and some more questions about harvesting.

When am i supposed to stop watering my poppies to create more/stronger opium?
And when should the pods be scored, is it when the crown of the pod has rose?
How man cuts in the pod? How long to wait 'till i can score the next time? How many times can i repeat this?
Once i'm done scoring the poppies, should i just pinch/clip the pod off?

Id made some shapry cuts, more than 1mm deep but less than 3mm deep, more than 3mm deep the opium will go inside the plant, there are two walls, thing is cutting the firts wall but not the second one , to extract it properly

Some hours to wait, like you cut the big head and after some hours the latex will be appearing, first as a white thing, and in contact with atmosphere the white turns into dark brown

when the capsule is on its bigger size, when the pistils are "looking up", is time to harvest the opium. I would stop feeding them water like a week before you start to harvest it

the operation can be done several times, waiting 3-4 days between cuts on the flower
