1. Recently read that cocaine can cause random death even in low dosage. Any truth to this?

2. Not really harm reduction but any tips to long time storage of cocaine HCL?

to ask/answer your 1st question correctly, you need an accurate and thorough assessment of the user's health, particularly cardiac related. You also need an accurate identification of substance, and dosage.

If any of those things are at risk, the question is meaningless. hypothetical...

Let's say the substance is high purity. The ROA is nasel, and the user in good health. Any real risk to low dose or several low doses of snorted powder?

There is always risk of overdose, but at low doses, a nasal ROA, and with good quality/untainted with harmful cuts coke.. the risk of OD'ing is pretty low.

Also, as long as you store it in a cool dark location, preventing it from being in any humid environment, it will hold up fine for a very long time.

Low doses of cocaine should never cause random deaths in perfectly healthy individuals.
The thing is lots of people don't know about any cardiovascular problems they may have, and even after they are dead it's difficult to pinpoint how weak their heart was or exactly what problems they may have had.

Very true. Many drug OD's end up being associated with pre-existing conditions the person had no idea about.

true

even athletes occasionally go into cardiac arrest, because of unknown cardiovascular issues that had never been exposed until moderate cocaine use

In an air tight prescription bottle in a dark closet is more than sufficient.
