help me abstane--i know I'll regret using but the coke is yelling my name

I have a small amount of coke in my pocket and am desperately trying not to use it. Pls help give me reasons why I shouldn't do it now.

(Am on mmt and use coke to stay alert during day, became a chronic habit and use for fun instead of for utility. Have been trying to quit, went a few weeks w/out and brokedown today and used. I have some left over and want to snort it but I know ill regret doing so immediately afterwards.

I'm just looking for some help to remind me of what I already know, thanks
