how much opana ir is safe?

Ihave just been prescribed 75 10 mg.ir opanas. i have tried eating and snorting them but the buzz just isnt there. Today i snorted 3 pills in 15 minutes and i don get to messed up. I was on 3 40 mg. oxycontins a day and i really cant tell a major difference other than the ability to snort the opanas.
