Misc getting a doctor to perscribe stimulants

I off at school my parents told me to go through the school doctor if I'm ever sick. What I was wanting to do was tell this doctor I need refill on my adhd medication. I'm not prescribed and have never been tested for adhd.

My first question is can this doctor pull my previous medical history to see if I have been tested for Adhd?

Secondly should I just try and fake it and get prescribed it? I'm afraid they will say no since so many college kids would try and get it.

I'm not looking online to by it so don't assume I'm roaming the forum looking for some. All feed back would be great. Thanks guys!
