Opioids Heroin in Toronto

So toronto is a fair sized city and from what ive read not a particularly big heroin using city, but im sure there are alot of people who use oxys there like everywhere else. Since march weve seen the arrival of the NEO and the sky rocketing price of the olds and i wonder what the situation is like now, are people just quitting, using neos or is there a growing demand for H in the city?
