Opioids Nalbuphine Still Legal?

Is it true that this agonist/antagonist is still legal? If so, does anyone know if it is commonly offered for sale over the internet? (not asking for specific source, just confirmation of it's availability and legal-ness)

edit: also came across meptazinol, which also seems to be unscheduled in the US and indicated for moderate to severe pain.
