Stimulants adderall and shaking

hey all need some advice

been binging last couple of weeks avg 2 days between sleep (~8 hours), around 100-150 mg a run, have a high tolerance. today afteralmost a day of sleep i am having terrible shakes having taken only 70mg so far. i did also take a 5hr but this is not new for me. is this shaking due to underdose or the excess sleep or the 5hr ?

any otc or supplements to help? i have some magnesium but no benzos. thanks

I have had tremors in my arm after my first high dose (100mg) so thats what I'm guessing is happening to you. Take the magnesium, although it should be taken daily so it can build up in your body. Just take a day or two off OP, you should be golden

The tremors are likely just a result of this long binge, adding caffeine (in 5 hr. energy) does not help the situation, and at this point more amphetamines will likely only exacerbate these tremors. In short, your body has had enough amphetamines for now, and you are best to take a break for a while.

Time to stop when the negative overpowers the positive.
