Opioids 5htp after dxm... safe?

i use 5htp after i roll (ecstasy) and it works wonders.
i know dxm works with serotonin levels too, and i have gotten a hangover from it once and dont want that again...
would it be safe to take 5htp AFTER a dxm trip?
