Opioids Dilaudid 8 mg first time

Tell us more- what kind of dilaudid?- IR or ER? If IR 8mg-the only kind I have had, then no. You do not need to remove any coating, honestly I haven't noticed any (coating). Is that all you are asking? If wanting dose info, you'll have to tell us about tolerance and/or experience with opiates.

^^^Absolutely! If they didn't have a film over top we'd just have a pile of lactose and hydromorphone.
But to answer your question Sir : No.
I've had generic 1,2,4, and 8mg tabs as well as
brand name 2,4,8mg tabs and you can just crush the coating in with the powder and snort or add water to make a solution.
Have fun, those 8s are my favorite pills!

^^ Yeah no kidding, I routinely put 3 or 4 8mg Dillies in a 1cc insulin syringe w/ no problem what so ever. Anymore than that and it starts to get tricky involving double passing the water through multiple spoons, etc... I love them.
