Sorry just dosed some quality H and it feels good to repeat repeat things.
But srsly if I smoke 2 oz of nutmeg will I get high? My friend said so
 
"Your friend" probably also recommended smoking banana peels and licking toads for a buzz. Nutmeg CAN be psychoactive, although it is not very pleasant and I can't imagine easy to swallow all that dry powder.
