Opioids when is it safe to take opana er after drinking?

Hola using a cell phone so bare with me. Drank a entire bottle of wine to myself this morning and finished it approximately 10 am usa eastern shore time. Now I just started opana er a few days ago and I don't mix it with alcohol due to increased plasma levels in blood which can be toxic. Im a recovering alcoholic male weigh 155 I was thinking 12 hours after the bottle of wine to take my opana er yet unsure of the time frame to be safe. Any input would be great regarding this matter. Thanks bluelighters
