Sorry to say, but it sucks now. For example, if I type in "klonopin" in the search engine, it will give me a whole array of different subjects totally not related to what I inquired about. What's going on? Before this site was renovated, I had no problems finding exact matches. But now, it seems like it's all over the place. What, if anything, am I doing wrong here?
 
What you want to do is search for threads, not posts, with the word "klonopin". You might even bet better results using the word "clonazepam".

Use the advanced search engine too; it can help further refine your results.

Threads like this don't belong in Other Drugs. If you are still having horrible issues despite these tips, look for a pre-existing thread in the Support forum.
