When clicking on a link from this site to mephedrone this is what you get.....is any of this possible?

Dear People,
Thank you for visiting our site about our evolution in the legal highs business.

First of all, as a reaction to the comments on the sentence "do store this chemical absolutly dry because if it absorbs any moisture, even from the air...", it does not instantly turn into mephedrone only with air moisture.
It will do this over a period of time but how long does it take to rail one and close the bag?
The product can be ordered in vacuum sealed packs of any size to be opened for use.
The Marquis test shows up orange on the ketal and reverts to no change after water is added.

Then, we say "legal" highs because what we are selling is legal. You can buy it in every supermarket, every corner shop and every hotel and public house in the United Kingdom.
However, this product does not come in a bottle or a can. It comes in a molecule. This is not any molecule.

This was commonly known as Miaow or Mephedrone or 4-methyl methcathinone which as our molecule breaks down in vivo is released for each two alcohol molecules. However, the product you get can only become illegal in your body or if it comes in contact with water.

Now the legal position on this is attached below.

This was the advice given to the government by the ACMD that as usual was ignored by Her Majesties Finest.

Taken from http://www.namsdl.org/documents/ACMDCathinonesReport.pdf

There is no definition of esters and ethers in the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, but from a chemical perspective esters usually only applies to derivatives of acids with a hydroxyl group, and derivatives of alcohols and phenols. Likewise ethers usually only applies to derivatives of alcohols and phenols. On this basis the cathinone derivatives would not form esters or ethers.

And this was the statutory instrument which was brought into law in a rush political move to ban all cathinones except the one big pharma lobbied to have excluded from the ban.

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2010/1207/article/2/made

Amendments to the Misuse of Drugs Act 19712. In Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (which specifies the drugs which are subject to control under that Act as Class B drugs)—(a)in paragraph 1(a), after “Methcathinone”, insert—“4–Methylmethcathinone”;(b)after paragraph 1(a), insert—“(aa)Any compound (not being bupropion, cathinone, diethylpropion, pyrovalerone or a compound for the time being specified in sub–paragraph (a) above) structurally derived from 2–amino–1–phenyl–1–propanone by modification in any of the following ways, that is to say,(i)by substitution in the phenyl ring to any extent with alkyl, alkoxy, alkylenedioxy, haloalkyl or halide substituents, whether or not further substituted in the phenyl ring by one or more other univalent substituents;(ii)by substitution at the 3–position with an alkyl substituent;(iii)by substitution at the nitrogen atom with alkyl or dialkyl groups, or by inclusion of the nitrogen atom in a cyclic structure.”.

We would like to thank you for your interest and will be sending you a free 200mg sample for you to try out.

This offer is not for plantfood and is not for any controlled substance. It is for two ethanol molecules joined together by another which on contact with water will release boh ethanol molecules and the mephedrone molecule into the bloodstream.

Is the chemical they're speaking of possible? Yes.

As the other poster alluded, however, its still illegal.

Also its best not to copy and paste these types of vendor messages, as they can lead to further sourcing.

I think your questions have been answered here, so I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. Please PM me if you have any questions about this.
