i want to know what the 2 white bags are made from(are they just like teh white heshin bags used inside of grow pots???)and is this method of extracting thc any good?ive seen the pollinator in action and it works but the iceolatr looks liek a much cheaper method but if it works i wish 2 try

You mean icolator hash bags for making water extracted hash. This is an amazing way to make the strongest hash you've ever smoke. I have been using them for 3 yrs and smoke hash so pure that it is almost a liquid at room temperature..from waste leaf and trim. I prefer the Bubblebag brand of hashbags..much better quality with more screens for filtering and different grade hash collection.
Let me explain the technique basically.
All cannabis has resin glands (stalked and glandular trichomes) which become brittle when frozen. I simply freeze my waste leaf and trim..then place in a large bucket with ice cold water and ice and agitate the bucket with a paint mixer on a power drill. This dislodges the resin from the leaf surface..leaving it suspended in water (resin is not soluable in water).
The bubblebags come with a range of different micron screens ranging from 250u to 25u...the larger size catches leaf matter..the next sizes catch dirt and debris..the 73u, 45u and 25u catch the hash resins. Indoor indicas (ie skunk) have larger resin heads giving a large 73u catch..with smaller 45u and 25u yields. Outdoor sativas have smaller glands and produce larger yields in the 25u bags. As icolator does not sell 25u bags you can miss out on some great hash without the finer screens. Go the bubblebags.
Once you have collected the hash..dry and press and enjoy.

What's an Ice-O-Lator?

Also known as Bubble Hash...the smaller the micron filter, the blonder (and better quality) hash is produced...
I've seen hash made this way that is almost cream in colour...

ok i still like a bit more info than the stuff i already know about from iceolator sight as a local place to obtain the white heshin bags from or bubblewrap style bags and how simplle of a bags r they?as overseas sight 4 bubblebags are like 150us$ if theres asimple cost effecttive way for either of these bags to b made or brought under say a diff named product for a diff purpose that can just be used for the ice extraction method

Although,I'm just hazarding a guess here, but i'm thinking that they could be used as an extraction tool for any plants that you want resin from? I could be speaking out of my bottom though. You could use it to extract resin to make incense cones, etc...i THINK. I don't think i'd use the bags for both purposes though, as contamination would occur.
This is the method i was talking about in the other thread. i've seen pics of industrial size bubble bags, holding gallons upon gallons of material :D . What attracts me to this method of extraction is the fact that, as BT said, you can get hash of a very very high potency from kief.

I agree with cruiser, the bubble-bags are much better quality and more professionally made...each bag is a different colour which is indicative of the micron size...you can get 3 or 6 bag sets with very small micron bags separately...

Bubblehash is a my personal preference for smoking. Such small amounts are needed...the hash is always the most prized item in the stash.

To be able to make these bags you will need to obtain screens with a micron sizes of 220u, 160u, 73u and 25u.These sizes will give you a nice clean hash. I know of people who have made bags and made great hash with them..but i still prefer the bubblebags..a good professional product.

I also prefer the blonder colours in the hash..blacker usually means more dirt..poorer resin quality..i have made colours ranging from reddish brown thru golden yellows and almost pure white..this stuff is mainly sativa bubble so it takes you straight up there with a euphoric flying buzz. Sativa bubble from icolators is no where near as good as the creme of the sativa resin is the 45u and the 25u.Here is some delicious 25u sativa creme. Yumm

how much do you need and how much does it waste?

I generally use 100gms of trim (leaf manicured off the heads) per run and smaller airybuds. From indoor a yield of 10 - 14gms is achieved on average. From outdoor sativa's it's usually about 7gm per 100gms of trim..but the sativa bubble has to be smoked to be believed. Can make you trip out and keeps you up late if smoked at night.Amazing stuff.This is 100% pure sativa bubblehash made from organic outdoor herb.
