mixing viagra and pills

I don't know how common this combo is, but I have a friend (male) mixing viagra with MDXX pills. (probably not MDMA but not 100% sure) He uses the viagra to add "uphoria" (or something!) to the roll.
Anyway, viagra and MDXX both have an effect on the heart, so I'm thinking this may be getting a little too dangerous....?
Any ideas?

Spot on - when I read the title I opened this thread to say how bad this could be for your heart...
If he's in good physical shape then he should be OK - I've heard of people doing this but I'm not sure how common it really is. And no, haven't tried it myself...

I would definitely recommend avoiding this combination, in the interests of minimising the harm that can result from hypertensive shock, hyperthermia, priapism and increased heart rate.

Oh, and that's not to mention the fact that your raging boner will get in the way when you try to hug people...

I'd say he'd be using ot to avoid the dreaded "disco dick" that can happen after a good pill or two or even after a lot of meth. Nothing worse than having a night full of love and wanting to come down with a "bang" only to be denied by the old fella.

For those thinking priapism might be a good thing (definition: Persistent abnormal erection of the penis, usually without sexual desire and accompanied by pain and tenderness), errr, no. It's bad, very bad and results in hospital treatment, lots of nurses and Dr's poking at your willy (possibly chuckling) and medication and possibly surgery. Viagra has no psychoactive effect whatsoever. It doesn't produce any euphoria and anyone using it for that reason is fooling themselves. MDXX does of course produce euphoria, whether in combination with Viagra or not.
Viagra *will* help you gain an erection in cases of speed willy or eccy flop. Many guys can't get it up when on speed or E and Viagra will help in that instance.
I'm not sure exactly how the Viagra and E combo would affect the heart. Amyl nitrate (poppers)lowers blood pressure and the combination of amyl and Viagra can cause cardiac arrest because of the combined effect - for this reason Viagra users are warned specifically not to use amyl. Clearly Viagra raises blood pressure in the penis but for all I know it lowers it elsewhere in the body - if you have no blood pressure in your heart that means it's stopped!
E and speed raise blood pressure.
