Stimulants Stopping methamphetamine after three days, what to expect?

So I messed up after 16 years clean and tried ice this weekend.
I used since Friday night, now Monday, and one small bump this morning. I slept most of the nights though not well. I have to go to work tomorrow and was wondering exactly how shitty I am going to feel tomorrow?

I used probably a total of about .2 grams. I threw the rest away. I never got really "high" so to speak just small bumbs each time.

Any advise would be greatly helpful.

PS I don't plan on using ever again.

After only use about 200mg of methamphetamine over a weekend will probably have minimal after effects. Your come down should be pretty mild, since you said you managed to get some sleep throughout the weekend. You may be a little tired and unmotivated, but tonight eat a solid healthy dinner, and make sure to get as much rest as possible. Eat a nutritious breakfast in the morning before work.

You probably won't feel like a million bucks, but I wouldn't get too nervous about how you will feel tomorrow.
