Opioids Is there a safe way to take more than 4g of apap

I just got a bunch of Hydros - The worst, 5-500's. I am also on suboxone.... down to 1 mg every other day, so today I took my .5 sub in the morning and came across these hyrdos. I was wondering if there is any way besides CWE to take more than 4mgs of Tylenol in a 24 hour period. Because 40 mgs of hydro (which would be 4gs) will barely do anything to me because of the sub. Two reasons for not wanting to do CWE... 1. Not in an environment where itd be easy to hide 2. Only have a small supply of hydros and don't wanna lose any of the "good stuff" in the CWE process.

No, just cold water extract... its not rocket science and vicodin isn't worth liver damage.

I don't see any way that giving you permission to exceed the 4 gram a day limit imposed by the FDA can be construed as harm reduction.
