Heroin Injecting without infection

So I'm wanting to inject heroin for the first time. I've already considered the risks please don't lecture me about it.

I live in southern California and from what I hear all there is out here is black tar. Seeing as it's been handled by people before getting to me there can be all kinds of bacteria in the heroin. I understand sterilizing of the needle, skin, and spoon but how can I sterilize the black tar for injection?

Also so I don't make another thread what do stamp #'s mean?

Your question may get moved there eventually. Though the question about the Black Tar is kinda different. I'd say an extraction would be best if you are up for it.
