Mechanism of Action Or MDMA

Just wondering if anyone know the actaully Mechanism of Action of MDMA.......
What enzymes and pathways are involved etcetc......
Can anyone point me in the right direction???
Just thought it would be interesing to see and try and find ways to enhance and increase duration of role......

Shouldn't you be studying? The only thing I may add is that apparently paracetim (I don't know if I've spelt that correctly) helps reduce neuro-toxicity as well gives better rolls. That's one avenue for investigation.
