Stimulants Ritalin-need help

i'm coming into possession of some prescription based ritalin. i dont know the standard dosage, but it will probably be on the lower scale. Anyway's i'm wondering if i want to sniff it, do i do half a pill or a whole pill? I haven't ever done amphetamines, and really haven't touched anything but weed and alcohol. so no tolerance obviously.
 
You might need to tell us what dose each pill is before asking how many pills to take. And im quite certain this has been asked many times before, did you try using the search engine?

I just did an advanced search for "ritalin dosage" and "ritalin dose" searching only titles of threads - turns out i was thinking about concerta not ritalin so this hasn't been asked as often as i had thought so sorry about that. Though you will have better luck in basic drug discussion, not sure if OD is the right sub forum.
