Aminorex analogues UK law

Are aminorex analogues covered by the new uk cathinone ban.

I realize that aminorex analogues arn't cathinones, but I believe the cathinone scheduling classified a wider range of compounds. e.g MDPV

I would like to know if fluoro-4-methyl-aminorex ( for-U4EUh ) is still legal in the UK?
