Opioids Help with op and drug tests

Hypothetically I have a question for a novel I am writing any help would be greatly appreciated.(scenario) I am currently prescribed 40 mg oc. I have long since run out. I must take a ua everytime i go into my docs to get a script. I use synthetic urine and I add ten mg of oxycodone to it and it works fine. I know they run levels. But now All i can find is ops. fortrys to be exact. Any idea on how that could be made possible to work in fake urine. I understand filtering would probably be a must.
