I acquired 100 30mg/500mg Codeine/APAP pills the other day.
Yes, I know all about CWE and it's proper technique. No need to educate this BLer on CWE. I know more than 4g of APAP in 1 day is extremely toxic to one's liver.
Assume in this thread one will be using a CWE method so no fears.
I typically take 40mg of hydrocodone or oxycodone at a time. I never really find a need to go much above these amounts.
I understand to achieve an equivalent dose with codeine I would need 275mg of codeine (41.25mg hydrocodone) or 400mg to achieve 40mg of oxycodone.
What are the factors to determine the ceiling dose in a person and what is the typical ceiling dose for codeine. Thanks.
