Opioids Cold water extraction stay potent?

So im planning on taking around 50mgs of hydrocodone tomorow but I won't have time to extract it before I leave. Could I extract it tonight and then put the liquid in a water bottle or something over night and then drink it tomorow? Or would it go stale or lose potency?

overnight, no the potency will not change in any level that you would notice

I do CWE's on co-codamol in a session & freeze the results in measured amounts, saves hassle & freezing it doesn't lose any potency in my opinion.

An extract you want to keep in the fridge will be ok for at least 3 days in a sealed container.

yep as long as it's kept sealed in an air tight container so now bacteria is able to grow it shoudl be good for a couple of days in refridgeration. As mention, freezing the solution is also a good idea.
